We are a prominent manufacturer, supplier and exporter of HDPE Ropes, PP Ropes, HDPE PP Ropes, PP Danline Ropes . Made using supreme grade fiber, all our products are as per international quality norms. For meeting a large number of clients' diverse demands, we offer our ropes in various sizes, thicknesses and specifications. Our ropes are praised for their strength, ability to bear loads and re-usability.
Infrastructure Set Up
Spreading over 30,000 sq. feet area, we have developed a sound infrastructure facility. It merges specific departments like manufacturing, quality checking, storage and packaging so that professionals get a stage for carrying their tasks in a streamlined manner. With production capacity of 1800 MT Ropes per annum, our manufacturing wings make us eligible of meeting all the demands of clients. Further, we store developed goods in a well arranged way at the capacious warehouse.
About The Group
We are proud to be a part of renowned Ruparel Group of Companies, which is engaged in manufacturing PP Ropes, HDPE Ropes, HDPE PP Ropes, Twines, Fishing Nets, Cargo & Gangway Nets and Dehydrated Onions & Vegetables. The group is holding over 23 years of experience in rope manufacturing field. With turnover crossing whooping 100 million rupees and around 60% export rate i.e 60 Million Rupees by export, our group leads the market.
Right from clients based in Kashmir to Kanyakumari and Assam to Kutch, our group is meeting a large number of requirements. The group regularly exports ropes to customers residing in different parts of USA, Asian Countries and Middle East & African Countries. Ropes supplied by our group find their extensive use in varied applications such as marine, fishing and transportation. High strengthen and light weight ropes offered by our group are widely accepted by Telecom Department, Electricity Board, B.S.F., Indian Navy, Indian Military, Port Trust and many government organizations such as G.S.F.C., Indian Oil, O.N.G.N. etc.
Apart from having expertise in rope industry, the group has gained huge appreciation for offered dehydrated onions. It is the winner of The Best Export Performance Award" from the Gujarat Government for three consecutive years due to exporting most dehydrated onions in an year. Our group company 100% exports the dehydrated onions to customers, residing in markets of Canada, Europe and Middle East Countries. Further, our group is employment source of more than 400 persons and is serving nation by earning valuable foreign exchange.

- Digital electronics breaking strength testing load cell up to capacity of 2. MT load to examine thinner size of ropes
- Tension devices for gauging linear ropes
- Breaking Strength testing machine up to capacity of 200 kgs. load for yarn testing
- For conditioning ropes before testing, we have humidity & temperature chamber
- To test the deniers of the tape, our firm has digital precision balances
